shut off electricity

I came home from hospital after having a baby that was 5 weeks early. I immediately called and was told they cannot turn on without receiving 1200. And pretty much told oh well. I turned to my community action agency who had me waiting 3 hours for help. It was getting close to pseg closing that day so i was told to come back following day. I asked what am i suppose to do with no electric and the woman had no clue it was shut off due to the original woman who helped me who failed to tell her. So i returned next day and waited 2 hours before i wasvtold they havent gotten to my file "cause so many came in that day with shut offs" . I still remained calm and waited 2 more hours until they closed. As they were closing i was told, oh we need social security cards from me and forms to get filled out by baby dr. So the past 2 days they coukdnt tell me that and now third day and the social securitu building is closed at noon. So im out of luck again. Any othet electric company you give them anything and they turn you back on. All the food i just bought is spoiled so im further in the hole. They need to be shut down

High Bill

My father passed away. Tried to get assistance with the bill , but because it's still in his name, they wouldn't work with me. I provided them with a copy of the death certificate asking just to have my name added to the account and they would not even do that. The service was shut off. I called because my granddaughter resides with me and she has asthma. I was told because of that they were not allowed to shut it off. It was restored, then they said because I forgot to send B back form. It was shut off again. I did everything all over now they refuse to restore it.

SHUT OFF AGAIN!!!

My utilities are shut down again !! Three times in six months !!! I had a bill not belonging to me jumped on my account and I have been forced ( unless I want to sit in the dark) to pay up or wait and fight thier mistake !!! In six months I have paid over $3000 dollars to PSEG and my attempts at removing this other account balance has been fruitless ... PSEG want another $1500 from me to turn the utilities back on - if a PSEG exec sees this please contact me - I am holding out faith that this wrong will be made right and I can blow out my candles throw out the rotted food in my fridge and live like a normal human being again !!!
