I scheduled a test at 7p.m. At Bala Cynwyd location and no one was there. The paper work said to arrive early and NO ONE was at the testing location at all. I arrived over an hour early! Also the information on the paper work was incorrect, including the floor and room number. Very upsetting and disappointing. I never got to take the test!
