This is the second time it happened to me .
The PSI Exams charges 70.00 for a test and when we try to reach them to reschedule or to get questions they don’t
answer their calls either respond to the messages we sent .
I have been trying to reach them To reschedule my exam for about a week and they don’t return the calls either respond their messages sent .
Also on their website there is no way we can reschedule stating that some fetuses could be unable to contact them
Meaning I’ll be a no show for my exam and would have to pay another 70 dollars to get the exam reschedule
This is absolutely unacceptable!
They have horrible customer service and charge us a fortune for absolutely no service !!!
I am still trying constantly to call and send messages and nothing !
