I called to see where my card was on July 3, 2020. I was told that it was mailed out on July 2, 2020 and I would receive it on July 8, 2020. Of course it still hasn't arrived. I called back today and was told it was never sent on July 2 and it wasn't mailed out until July 7, 2020. I filed and was approved in June. The man I spoke to was rude and basically said I was lying about being told it was sent when I called the first time. He said that I could not get a new card and have it expedited. I'm going to assume I will also not get it next week and when I call I'm sure I will be told that it got sent the day before I called again just like the last 2 times.
