Cheats on tokens

Publisher clearing House has games to earn tokens. On word game it says you get 100,000 tokens but I only get 150 tokens total. I have earned tons of tokens and it seems that they want me to cash them in but as of now there isn't anything I want to enter them on. Why do they cheat?
