My mother is in her 60's and diabetic, most of her hour shifts a week turn in to 10 and 12 hour shift with no lunch, because he keeps finding things for her to do and will not let her leave or take a break until he leaves, I'm very worried about her health being a diabetic, her manager know of her health problems and still does it. I can't go to him directly because it will just make it harder on her. In addition I've heard him make comments in regard to her age that many I've talked to have said it sounds like ageism because she doesn't move as fast as she once did.
