Dear complaint board members

We recently placed puppy ads on puppyfind.com. We now have received an e-mail from [email protected] which threatens to pull our ad even though we paid for a full month of service which term has not expired. The e-mail demands our personal information including our password to verify our account. We do not know if this is legitimate and feel it is inappropriate to ask for for password in this way (through an e-mail) A scammer? What should we do. We cannot reach anyone at puppyfind by phone
