I purchased a puppy from a breeder on Puppyfind that is ill from a genetic disease. I have a contract that breeder will replace or refund. Breeder was unresponsive until I wrote a poor review on breeders profile on Puppyfind. Breeder is uncooperative and threatens me. My review disappeared after a few days. I emailed them to ask why? I was told "the breeder contested it" and asked for proof. I submitted many pages of vet notes, test results, emails, contract, etc. I received a response none of it mattered as I broke the contract. I hadn't. I asked for proof. They sent only a copy of the contract the breeder submitted, AND IT HAS BEEN ALTERED. I brought it to their attention but told them to stop my review of my review and don't submit any of my documents to anyone. They agreed. I had also asked many times for a supervisor and phone number only to be told by the person emailing me, Joanna, is the supervisor and they don't take calls to keep costs down. I feel I was discriminated aagainst because I do not pay a fee each month as a buyer, but the seller does. I now see breeders are allowed to pull their own bad reviews and have found there is a phone number. And in the meantime my dog is dying from a liver shunt and the breeder remains selling on their site with a 5 star rating. I also see now, she is a puppy mill selling 15-20 dogs everyday, of 6-8 breeds and crossbreeds.she also sells to labs for experiments. So don't trust anything in Puppyfind, or buy from Donna Roberts from Central Point, Oregon. They are both just about the all mighty dollar and are dirty breeders.
