I will never be using their services again

I shipped extremely important documents EXPRESS through purolator almost a week ago, when I got a call yesturday saying that they hadn't arrived I called Purolator and they informed me that they had been lost. I had shipped the documents from Red Deer, AB to Edmonton, AB which is approx 150km, if they can lose documents over that short of a distance I would not trust them with national or international shipments!
