As a benefiaciary of fund came from Royal Bank of scotland

Hello... i have got a msg from RBI and a women call me and claim herself as a maneger from Delhi... she as me to pay for the FIRC rupees 29580 so that the fund will transfer into my local bank... this fund 1.9 million great british pound came from a lady Nellie M. Cournoyea which will transfer to me as a beneficiary ... i was as to comply with her lawer Abala law Firm mr. O conner... please inform me ASAP
