Account On Hold

Still on hold of my account. The costumer I have spoken to yesterday told me to wait for 24 hours after that I will receive an email but dont have. Then I called again today and same answer wait again for 24 hours. Still account on hold she said. I rather cancel the orders I made. I want an update to you guys. Thanks.
