I've been smoking Pall Mall Menthol 100s for 7 years. Why did they change? And without warning? They no longer burn slow, and they taste different as well. I first started smoking these for the price, then liked the fact that they did burn slower. Not anymore. I will be looking for a new brand.

I've been smoking Pall Mall Red 100's for many years. The packaging changed which was fine but the cigarettes also changed. They are very loosely rolled and do not pack down. They burn quickly which I hate, I smoked them because of the slow burn. I will find a different brand of cigarette that is worth^ my money. Being from California we just had a $2.00 tax added onto the price of a pack, now this. Seems if you want to keep your customers you would bring back what we're used to. Lost me as a customer.
