Missing Parcel

My parcel haven't arrived yet and the item last updated is on 7th of February,I called customer service and they said the item is in Lahad Datu since 20th of February,I asked Poslaju Lahad Datu,they said the parcel haven't arrived yet,so I dont know where is my parcel now. Please respond. The item is not cheap.
