Good day,I did pay my DStv Access account for the month of April until 2nd of May 2020.But round about the 05/04/2020 I upgrade to the compact service.I have had problems with my bank account because there were problems with my internet transactions and the bank could help me only after 14 days
In the meantime DStv switch my whole subscription in full off on the 16/04/2020 not even the lesser channels was put on of R29,00 .Know they want me to pay another R278,00 for ,10 days of compact package while I did have a Access which Wass switch on I lost know in full that's not fair and while we have this lock down in our country what about the kids
