Awful company

We are in 2018 and still the Same applies throughout the years. I have been fooled knowing what kind of they are. Read through all the websites in which the majority is deep and deep negative. Don’t do business with these guys. Spend your money somewhere else. This Dawn Mewis is still there and still unpolite. Trust me when I say IGNORE THEM. If you Dont want to loose your money.

Claim about quality of Ferragamo shoes buy on Raffaello Network online

Dear Sirs,

In June 21th, 2016, I purchased the deluxe model of Salvatore Ferragamo Women Shoes - Spring - Summer 2016 from Raffaello Network S.p.A. online shop (201 East Delaware Place, Chicago, Illinois, 60611, US) (http://www.raffaello-network.com/english/fashion-details/357159/322/Salvatore%20Ferragamo%20Womens%20Shoes.html)

The product arrived on June 28th.

Honestly, I tell you that I wear this shoes twice and not to walk on the street: once on my first birthday party of my baby boy at restaurant of Ramada Hotel (on July 6th) and once at "a la carte" French restaurant at Rixos Premium Belek Hotel (July 13th). So they weren't worn day to day.

The shoes I received are clearly fake.

- shoe soles began to break - the soles it's from cardboard;
- no longer stay fixed around the leg and was widened much, and when I go with them standing escapes - are not for sure from leather.

I send it back to them on July 19th through DHL Pick Up Service. The return policy allows to send back the product in a 90 days time frame
On July 18th, I contacted Customer Services - through Dawn Mewis and asked for a refund. He/she refused to give me a refund.
After I send another mail to complain I received from Maxime Giglio another refuse to refund.

I was trying to make a complaint to them to know how I'm feeling disappointed with the quality of the Ferragammo shoes that I order, how I'm disappointed by the company that I ordered, I trusted and who I believed that is honest and delivers only the best brand names and high quality Designer Goods.

On July 25th I received the shoes that They send back to me in same condition.

It is unbelievable how they want to offense me with their unprofessional explanation thought an email, telling me also that their trusted shoe repairer couldn’t do anything !!!:
"It is obvious from the pictures that your foot is too big and wide for these ballerinas."
&
"The sole shows no defect, only signs of having been worn. It is enough to wear them twice sometimes, it depends on the place where you have been and on the way you walk (some people wear the shoes out more than others)"
I don't wont them to repair the shoes! I want money refund, because the shoes are obviously fake!!!

I have several pairs of Ferragamo shoes purchased directly from your stores in Italy but none have met such poor quality and I have the same foot and the sole shape did not deteriorate in such way even after an entire season wearing.
