I purchased a 23.9 OZ jar of the Ragu Extra Flavorful ! Mushroom from Super Value Store in Oregon , Illinois on 1-29-17 to make for our dinner that evening, When I opened the jar and poured it into a sauce pan to heat it I noticed it wasn't as thick as it normally is .
and did not have the same great smell also , I wondered if my sense of smell was just off a bit so I prepared it for our dinner any way.
The vacuum seal was in tact when I opened the jar, The numbers printed on the top of the jar lid are as follows

I had boughten Ragu spagetti sauce 2 different times from our Walmart store in Berlin, WI. The first was the mushroom flavor and the second was the traditional. Both were watered down with no flavor.

When I poured the sauce out of a jar I had bought, there was something in there that was not sauce, and did not look to be edible. It was about 2 " by 1", maybe 1/4" thick. It was black and bumpy. Disgusting, made me want to vomit. I will never buy any Ragu product again.

In a television commercial promoting Ragu spaghetti sauce, a pre-teen boy comes home from school early to walk-in on his Mom engaged in “afternoon delight,” (with whom we do not know, presumably Dad would be at work,), traumatizing the young lad. The solution? Feed him spaghetti because “his day has been rough enough.”

Seriously?? This is distasteful, disgusting and makes me want to find a new "family-friendly" spaghetti sauce!!!

Ragu-you should be ashamed!!!
