I have paid Rahul Kumar Moda the amount he asked for the PDFs as he promised to refund as well as provide me with the amount for completing the task . But after that he never responded . He has cheated many others like the same way he did with me.

I had paid Rahul Kumar Moda for the PDFs on which I was supposed to work . He promised me to refund as well as provide me with an extra amount of 14000 for completing the task. He never replied back after that and have cheated many others at the same time .
