Furstrated worker Loss of income and still on pay roll

Hi,
My name is Tajuana Bell . I work with Expressrail Crew. I'm having problems with my job not letting me know when I can go back to work .
I was suspended at least that's what I was told for 3 days . My suspension started on Monday 30th of Jan 2017 today is now Feb.7, 2017 9 days later .So I call back on that Wednesday to see if I was going to work the following Friday on my usually scheduled time. So I asked my manager. So I'm out of a job until you get a hold of Amy? My manger said yes I'm out of a job until she talks to Amy. Which my manger and I are not able to get Amy on the phone. Get no answer from the manager that I work with. Amy the one thats over my manager is not answering her phone . I retrieved Amy's number yesterday Monday on the 6th of Feb.and continued to call her all day and early this morning around 6:46am Feb.7th ,2017 and she is not picking up the phone still when I call her. I have bills that will not be able to pay cause this job was my only source of income. l'll probaly lose my apartment behind this cause I'm left in the dark not knowing if I still have a job or not. I've been out of work for going on 9 days now. My rent just went up this month payin out $480 now that I've started working this job. When before I started working was only $37.00. I'm out of a job I have no way to pay my car insurance this month and not going to be able to pay my rent for next month.They are playing with my lively hood. So I'm going to be basically without insurance on my car for this month and not able to pay my rent for next month. I kept calling Martna my manger every other day since the 3rd day she said supposely was my last day of suspension. She kept saying she is going to call her and call me right back and she never calls me back. I need some justice PLEASE .
