please refund

Dear Sir,

I have cancelled one ticket on 3rd January, 2017 and the refund amount of Rs. 1,100/- was credited on PAYTMAG on 5th January, 2017 from IRCTC. But I have neither received it in my paytm account nor in my Bank Account.

Kindly refund the amount of Rs. 1,100/- as earliest as possible.
