Rain tree vacation Club is a scam that sells time shares in a fraudulent manner. Once the unit is purchased the annual fees are unilaterally jacked up many many times more than that which was initially quoted. Fees paid late are charge penalties of over 10% per month.
Behavior like this would place this company and its officials behind bas in the US. Unfortunately this company not being covered under US law continues to scam the public.
Please beware of any sales presentations for time shares where your arm is twisted by hard aggressive sales persons into buying some thing that is a time bomb that will explode in the future.
