This guy is so unprofessional that he asked me first to make all the documents ready as well as my passport and all with me. after that he did not come to collect and ask me to visit any branch and i already explained to him that I wont be able to make it up since i have my working days in my company. Then he promissed for 2 weeks that he will be coming one day to collect the documents and kept me waiting for all these days but he did not come and wasted my time also since imay be i would have managed something anyhow to come to rak branch.

After all this he stopped receiving the calls. So, I beleive such unprofessional peoples are destroying the good reputation of the Rak bank.
