I went to open a account in dragon mart branch rak bank for my company SUMAIR PERVAIZ GENERAL TRADING L. L.C and a representative of your bank advise me to open insurance and your accont will be open within 2 weeks else it will take 3 months i said ok give me insurance she told me payment terms i said ok she ask me to deposit 6000 first premium i said ok but if account will not open then she said it will be refunded she gave me insurance on 21-06-2017 but still i dont have any company account and today it 26-11-2017 it 5 months now i was here 3 months and then i have to go back to my country for some reason i ask them i m going what happen to my account they said sir u go when ull cum it will be open and i have all the recordings and messages and from 09-11-2017 i am in U.A.E but i went to know what happen to my account they said not open since i am here that person is not in Dubai and no one is here to answer all saying that he'll come then its gonna process is it a joke can any one answerable for this what happen or not what if u dont want to open just tell me no reason nothing just wait sir when he'll come he can solve it what is the problem is any document not rite or any thing no it will be done when he'll come back and if i contact him he dosent reply i am fedup of this service such a bad experience with rak bank my email is [email protected] lets see what is this complain department for ???
