Hi this to inform that I had made my credit card payment for the month of August 5th sept before my due date which is 6th sept at pavilion mall international city via atm deposit in an envelope, however i have been doing this on monthly basis and I am getting the payment update confirmation on a very next day. But this time I had received an sms on 8th sept and to my surprise I had also been charged for late payment fee and finance charges in my statement. When I logged my complaint thru web chat and the agent said it will take 2-3 days to get a revert on this. On 19th sept I had received an sms stating that my request has been discarded and after talk to a call center agent I had been told that my payment was not reflecting in there system and I had no choice but to pay the whole and after that if I wish I can cancel the card. This is wow solution for one of the loyal customer who has no past history of any late payment. I request that kindly look into this matter and arrange to reverse my late fee as it’s our hard earned money
