Finance charge even after clearing the outstanding amount before the due date.

I was having an outstanding amount of 10,442.80AED to be paid before 11/5/2018.
I cleared the whole amount on 6 th may.
But on the May month statement,they are showing a finance charge of 195 dirhams.
How's the finance charge calculated.
I am here by attaching the 2statements .
Please take necessary actions and rectify the mistake.
Or where should I complain against it?
