I've been a credit card account holder of this company for 6 and a half years now. I usually pay my bills higher than the total amount due or 3 to 4 times higher than the amount due on my billing statement. I was not able to pay my last month's bill because i was sick then when reported back to work i got so busy that i didn't recognize that another bill is coming. Their collections agency called and asked when will i be able to settle my balance. I told them i'll do it as soon as i can but the agent was rude and no empathy was shown. The agent told me that i really need to settle the balance and need an exact date. I understand their job however i got irritated the way the agent said it. I told them that i will find time that day but agent demanded a time. I told the agent that i don't appreciate his approach and i might cancel the account because of that then the agent said if i don't pay it that day they will cancel my account or pay the full amount then cancel the service. Unfortunately i was not able to get the agent's name. I felt so disrespected and not being valued by the Company i've been with for almost 7 years. i was expecting that they will give an option like payment arrangement or extension and not advicing customers to settle the full amount then cancel the account. I never expected this Bank to treat me that way after being a loyal customer and a customer who still believe in them despite of the recent issues they had. I just hope they will learn how to value their customers and provide respectful approach whenever they speak to us. Thank you.
