This is the 2nd time, I have tried Realtor.com leads. I should have learned from the 1st experience. They assured I was not on a contract and could pay month to month. Luckily the sales rep sent me an email to that effect the 1st time. However, he would never pick up or respond to my calls or emails. I involved the "supervisor" who assured me my account was cancelled.. but it never was!!! IT took over a month of disputing the charges with my credit card, I was finally refunded. I was contacted again 2 years later, by a Chuck Coleman who sounded so nice and honest, apologizing about my experience the 1st time around.. assuring me the same would not happen again! He assured me it was not a contract and I could cancel at any time and I was supposed to receive 10 leads per month.I asked him to send me an email to confirm all that. All I received was an sales invoice, showing my full year payment! I called him and he said not to worry, I was only charged monthly and he can send me an email confirming no contract and it was only monthly. STILL NO EMAIL. In the meantime, the leads were terrible even after the 2nd day of leads..about 6, I started to think, forget this, I can re-invest in something better.. but let me give it a month. I kept trying to contact Chuck for my "confirmation email." He would answer and assure me he would send it, but never did and after my 4th attempt and still bad leads, he actually hung up the phone on me when he answered and I stated my name! WOW.. I left a mssg back saying I am cancelling and immediately contacted VISA who put it into dispute. Now, months later, they still send me that crappy leads and write letters to visa, disputing my "dispute' saying I owe them for all the leads. STAY AWAY FROM REALTOR.COM SCAM COMPANY!!!!
