Have been a member since 1/4/11 and cannot locate website to log on again. My membership is supposed to last 5 years with unlimited searches and entire network access upgrade! What the heck is going on --- have I been duped? And, if I have, how
come this company was allowed to function at first? I'm sure there are many complaints and this jerk is smiling all the way to the
bank! Do I have any recourse?
