Can't find said web site

I paid 39.94 for a 5-year unlimited searches and entire network access upgrade on 1/4/11. I have not been online for a while and
when I tried to access this website, I can't locate it! What the heck is going on ---- have I been duped? How has this site been
allowed to continue without refunding their customers? What ever happened to "Good Faith"? Where do I go to find out what to do next????
