Hi, I'm contacting you in regards to a Las Vegas contractor that shows on your referral page. I wish to point out that Jeff Whittle, Shelly Whittle and Albert E Nelson has had their contractors licensing revoked (for 16 counts of fraud) by the Nevada State Contractors board in 2015 with no chance for reapply for ten years. Additionally, the majority owners of RDC (Jeff and Shelly Whittle) were indicted on four federal felony charges of interstate fraud and one federal felony charge of conspiracy to commit fraud. Oddly enough, the one percent owner (Jeff Whittle) pled guilty to all five charges after they dropped the charges against Shelly Whittle and she was the forty-nine percent owner of Recreation Development Company at the time.
