Overcharged

I received credits to my account. They had double charged me. Then I couldn't get into my account. I kept calling and calling getting a different person. The last time a guy stayed on the phone with me while I attempted to use the new password he sent me. It still didn't work. Instead of trying to further resolve the issue he finally said just keep trying to use the new password I sent. I said the one you already know doesn't work? He said yes then went on to end the call. Taking small amounts of money from a large number of people means they are building a small fortune off the public. Some will say it's just a couple of bucks. A couple of bucks from millions adds up. Quite a scam they have going here. Horrible, horrible people.

No access to account where credits are.

I was given two credits added to my account because I was charged when I shouldn't have been. When I could no longer access my to get to those credits I kept calling and calling trying to get help. Finally the guy on the phone told me to just try the new password word he sent which I had already tried while he was on the phone with me and it didn't work. I ask him if he was just going to hang up with me knowing it doesn't work. He said yes. These people are stealing your money. They are probably making a considerable amount of money stealing just a little bit from millions of people. You may think it's just $1.60 for each movie you were charged for that you never received, but it's the fact that they are making a lot of money off of it. Imagine if a teller pocketed a dollar every time you did a transaction. They would make a lot of money. They use deception as one technique to attain this money. Unfortunately because each victim only loses a few dollars no one cares. They have a really good money racket going. Horrible, horrible people!
