I bought some low value items online from this company 8 months ago and have just realised they have been charging me £19.95 a month ever since for 'membership' of this con trick. I should have noticed earlier and I should have read the small print, but the commitment is deliberately hidden and miniscule. This is clear fraud and I can't understand how this company remains in business. Now that I have searched online I see they are infamous for this. The goods, by the way, (Fly trap etc) took ages to arrive are are useless. I am kicking myself for trusting these crooks.

In August I bought an Eco button for my computer at £6.43, a good price for a gadget that would save me money on my electricity bill.
I have today checked my credit card and have noticed that for the last 3 months i have paid to this company approx £60 for nothing. On re examining the confirmation email of my order, it does state that after my free trial offer there would be a charge of £19.95 per month thereafter for membership of their "club". No communication was received by me from them after this free trial period was up to give me the opportunity to cancel this payment.
I would therefore strongly advise anyone contemplating a purchase from this company to read the small print and all wording on any communications from them.
I have sent an Email to them requesting immediate cancellation of all payments and requested a refund of money already taken from my account.

Snap!!! i spotted it in december but it just looked like an insurance i had and did not think anything of it untill i got the insurance one through. i tryed to stop it online but did not work so i had to report it to the credit card fraud department. It started in september untill now.

Same thing has just happened to me. Purchased a £1.99 touch up paint for my car and due to the underhanded way this company enters you into a REDSAVEPASS discount club it has now cost me £161.99! If I don't laugh I would cry.
I written to them to cancel, but my bank has said it may take 30 days for them to be able to step in on my behalf, as this payment is all legal and within the terms of that company. I just have to hope they cancel it asap.
Quite scary that is is obviously allowed to go on.
Moral of the story is, always check your statements.
