Unfair Charge

Last year in November ,we were hit by lightening which irepereably damaged the TV,computers and decoder.Because we had an unused decoder we tried to reconnect with the card from the damaged decoder.When we failed,we called in a technician who called your office to cancel the damaged decoder and to make the master card compliant with the unused decoder.In February,our subscription was suspended for non payment.I went to pay and phoned your office to reconnect.Unfortunately because my brother and I live in the same house , I gave my ID number .But it should have made no difference because the damaged decoder has no card and would never have worked..Id like you to go through the phone calls from the 0136563745 number around the same time period which I m sure would prove my point.
It is not the R349.50, which is issue, but the charging of non existent service.
