Refund amount not credited in my account

I have booked ticket Transaction ID: 100000848801716 the irctc refunded my money back to PAYTMAG Bank but my money is yet not credited in my amount.
I booked my ticket on 22/05/2017 but my ticket was not booked but payment was settled.
Refund date 22/04/2017 My refund ID is 100000848801716 .
