Request refund due to ktmb system error!

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have made 2 KTM ticket reservation via KTMB E-ticket system on 2016-12-05 For JB Sentral to Singapore Woodland CIQ Shuttle Service. 2 transaction Charged for the KTM E-ticket system show transaction Successful and I didn't get any reference no or ticket no for this transaction in KTM E-ticket system.

05 Dec 2016 KTM BHD-E-TICKET (EC) KUALA LUMPUR MYS MYR 216.00

Please refund MYR 244.00 accordingly.
