I agree , Regus is the biggest cheat company I have ever dealt with. After moving in, they added one fee after another (non of those were disclosed) and if I disputed a fee, the late charge was nearly 30%!! of an already dishonest add on fee. Extremely dishonest company ! In addition, corporate lied about various services they would provide... which were not. I don't write negative reviews ,
However, I feel this is more of public service. There are a number of quality office suites companies Regus is NOT one of them.
Before signing on for one headache after another look at other office suites companies.
However, please do not confuse the company 'Regus' with the front office staff working for the company (earning minimum wage) these workers are typically very friendly... although in the period of time I was at the Regus office they went through 7 receptionist and two managers in a 12 month period. Just a nightmare. After three months still trying to get my initial deposit back.. they keep saying, " it will be sent after one more fee is deducted". Summary , Nice offices - shady business practices . Watch your wallet !
