can't get license accepted

Last night I paid for regwork's cleanup / speed up program, I was sent a very long number to post on their site, did so and the server has been busy over 12 hours. They can't be that busy! Think I got fucked out of $40 I think!

Sounds about right...I downloaded free version & now it INSISTS I need registration license key, which does not exist for free version, which, of course, found hundreds of problelms on my system. Only problem now is I can't fix anything without non existant key...Can't SOMEBODY at the company do something about all this?
