I took Reliablecom prepaid calling card to call to India from US. But whenever you dial any india number, message comes that this number cannot be accessed through their service. Also without connecting you to any number,your available minutes keep on decreasing.

I tried calling the customer care number(mentioned on the website) but nobody picks up.

Please do not trust Reliablecom Prepaid calling card.

This service is just HORRIBLE! Every time it says the same message 'This number is not currently available' and if by chance you get the call through, the voice quality is so POOR, you can barely hear anything and the call keep getting disconnected. And by the end of the call, you will find that you have your 100 minutes deducted for just 5 mins that you could barely hear. If you try calling the customer service, they have this thing set-up that 'All our representatives are currently busy, they will be with you shortly' and noone takes the call even if you keep waiting forever. This company is FAKE, and reliablecom.com is just NOT reliable at all. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
