I am FUMING! For TWO MONTHS now I have been dealing with BS. I used my ReliaCard debit card at the Merchant Sunglass Hut in Langhorne PA- I purchased two pairs of sunglasses from Sunglass hut I returned the first pair and received the refund of $113 the very next day onto my ReliaCard with no problem.. I then returned a week later the second pair of sunglasses and was supposed to be refunded $165.35 which I NEVER RECEIVED .. I called RELIACARD US BANK to report this and they made me wait two weeks so on 4/29/21 I put in a formal dispute they told me the they needed to investigate I sent in ALL MY RECEIPTS and they said they needed to hear back from merchant - well I just called ReliaCard today and they said they updated my account that the investigation team saw there was NO ERROR.. meaning I’m ### out of $200!? How??? Sunglass hut literally ROBBED ME of $165.35 I have the refund receipt and the bank said MULTIPLE TIMES that there was NO RECORD of the $165.35 being placed back into my account so how ReliaCard then says there’s no error blows my mind !?!? How is this okay????? Why can’t I get my money back?????? I will NEVER USE RELIACARD again!!! I will contact whoever I need to contact bc SUNGLASS HUT ROBBED ME!!!!
