CustomerService sucks

I Kelli Chauvin called On November 9 at 7 PM central time and spoke with two very rude gentleman on the phone who were trying to assist me with stuff they were very condescending and sarcastic and it was a terrible experience. Customer service should be something that your employees are trained in and these people were obviously not. They were very rude and I even mentioned that they loved their job very much and they laughed and I said no I was being sarcastic and then they hung up on me. This is unacceptable I unfortunately have to deal with you guys due to child support but I would never refer you to anyone at least not your customer service department which is a main part of your services.
