NO Card
How do we file a class action lawsuit against Reliacard?
They are obviously NOT sending out cards and keeping the funds and making money on it.
We've waited EIGHT weeks, sent in NUMEROUS faxes, did the "verify identity" and NOTHING.
My husband (separated) was already evicted from where he lives and it's just getting worse!!!

Card still inactive
I have got putting out of my apartment waiting on them to unlock my card, lost my car and now about to get put out of my hotel room today. I am losing hope in this system & I can’t see how no one have done anything to help us 😭 I have done everything I supposed to have done to get my card unlocked.

Reliacard
I also have a problem with Reliacard. I requested a new (replacement) card. It has been 2 months now that they have had my unemployment card frozen. I have faxed 3 copies of documents, downloaded 5-8 selfies,I have even mailed notarized copies to them. They have told me twice,on in a text &one from the call center my "ID has been verified". When I tried to activate it they'd say you have to verify your ID. I'm so tired of these people they are lucky I can't get to them. I have called my State Rep Niraj Antani and he is just like them WORTHLESS!! You'll be making a mistake if you vote for him November 3 in Ohio. I did file a complaint with the BBB on the 25 of October but it's too early to tell,but it think they are going to help me we'll see

Waiting for reliacard for. 3 months this company I am getting yet another lie and another excuse as to why I have am STILL WAITING ON MY CARD
I have been waiting for my card to come from reliacard for months now actually almost 3 I have 36 recorded conversations with reps from all over and every time I call I get yet another bunch of lies and I have been disrespected by these people while we’re having a crisis in our country I’m losing my home I have no water no phone and completely out of food for myself my landlord heard these people say my card would arrive over night again today and bcuz it was never sent I’m losing my home how could the government allow these people to make matters worse than they already are with the pandemic and people unable to work they allow morons to control if we eat or have a roof over our heads

Card locked
First of all, has anyone's issues been resolved at all? I have seen so many of the same complaints but want to know the result. Anyways, My sons card has been locked since the day he received it. PUA sent the info to reliacard on 9/10/20 and my son received his card 9/15/20 and it was and still is unable to be activated. I got the run around for 2 weeks saying it's the states fault. We have has many calls to PUA and his account is just fine. I have talked to so many people with reliacard and they will not do anything. They are incompetent people and are also EXTREMELY Rude. I contacted my state rep and she advised me to file a complaint with OCC and CFPB and then the BBB. I have not with BBB but will soon. I did submit a message via Facebook on the US Bank page and
I had a wonderful lady from US Bank named Jessica helping me and we were so close but the complaint came in from OCC and unfortunately she had to step away. Well, we have sent his ID and selfie from your webpage 3x and it's still locked. Today alone I called 3 times. The first time the rep said "give me one min to look at something" and put me on hold. 45 mins later I hung up and called back. That rep said I will connect you to a supervisor and put me on hold. I was in hold for a minute or two and she came back saying she is still waiting then a minute or two later hung up. Called the 3rd time and the rep put in for a call back request in the case I was disconnected and then said she would connect me and once again hung up. Oh and never received a call. We are fed up. He has money on the card that he needs very badly and can't because these incompetent people can't do their jobs. We NEED this card unlocked now! All these people need to state filing lawsuits instead of complaints and I bet things would get done. We didn't ask for reliacard, it was mandatory. We had no other option. I demand something done now. There are going to be a lot of lawsuits if these people from reliacard don't start doing their jobs

No card
I have 5 weeks of unemployment on my reliacard and still haven't received a card in the mail. I spent a total of 65 hours on hold and haven't talked to anyone. All my bills are overdue and may get disconnected soon. Please someone help me. My number is 3306858745. Thanks

US BANK RELIACARD
Something is very wrong. I have called multiple times this past week, and was on hold waaayyyyy past 1-2 hrs. This morning, I called yet again and listened to that nauseating music for 3 and 1/2 hours. Representative FINALLY answered, and very quickly, said "I cannot hear you, I am disconnecting this call." CLICK!
All i need to do is activate my card.
I contacted the State Distribution Unit, and they said they have nothing to do with ReliaCard operations. I told them I wanted someone to be aware of what is happening, because I am obviously not the only one having a problem.

card is deactivated
My card has been deactivated for almost a month now and they told me all I had to do was fax my ID. I did that...3 times. And twice the number was wrong...thinking the 3rd one was to bc my card is still deactivated. All I did was change my address on my card and they deactivated it. Customer service is a joke.!!
