I've been trying to reach you guys for 3 days you're locked me out of my account I just read the reviews apparently it's happening all over the place were on unemployment we need our money I don't know what the h***'s going on but you guys need to get it figured out cause he said call the number on the back of the card and then you can't get through to nobody so what am I propose to do could you please get ahold of me and let me know what the h*** I'm supposed to do to get my money or is there even really AUS bank anymore cause I went to the local ones here and they're all close that think it's a big hoax and joke I'm gonna get ahold of whatever organizations I can to get you guys shut down this is absolute Nonsense

I got my card yesterday and I tried to set it up and it said that I can't do it for my protection I needed to get ahold of the cardholder number and talk to them personally I've tried several times over the last 2 days sometimes 2 hours waiting time and I get hung up on every single time I've literally invested probly 10 to 12 hours of my time in last 2 days just waiting on hold just to be hung up on I really need my money it's for my unemployment have been employed to do this Corona virus I got kids I'm a single dad and there's money on the that I can't spend because some reason my stuff's frozen can you help me please
