What can I say that has not already been said. I've hired an attorney at this point there going to be sued and i think everyone else should as well. This is so wrong , i lost a friend {she committed suicide because of reliacard freezing her account for over 2 months} she lost everything couldn't feed her kids and the state came and took them couldn't pay her rent so she ended up homeless where she was raped one night she couldn't pay her car payment which ended her on the streets of downtown denver. My friend was a soccer mom PTA parent she literally could've made mother of the year if there was a award like that she never even had a speeding ticket. She was starting college this spring but when reliacard froze her account ...it lead to my friend taking her own life. I want something done dam iy

As of October 25,2020 Reliacard restricted my card. I sent in the nessceary paperwork. They said it would take 5 business days to unresrict it. I sent in the paperwork on October 28th. My card is still restricted and it's been a month. Is there anything that can be done to get my funds?

Reliacard restricted my card on October 25th. I was asked to send in some paperwork. They said it would take 5 business days to use my card and it's been a month and I still can't use my card. I have not been able to use my card for 3 weeks they frozen lost my card because I moved I have faxed and ID social mail everything seven times my card is still locked. I received an unsolicited Reliacard which I didn't request. Why am I getting this when I have not filed for any assistance. Today I have been on the phone for over two hours. For 45 minutes I waited for a person and was disconnected. Called another number for card services and they transferred me to reliacard and have been on the phone waiting four an hour with no help. I guess I need to contact the Colorado banking commission to get help. The online FAQ's are no help. I don't want this and do not want the card to show on my credit report!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Have 3 weeks unemployment sitting in a Reliacard account I cannot access because I never received a card. Have spent lots of time trying to get a live person to speak with about this but get stonewalled at every turn - seems like the only option is to get the automated phone system which is of no help, especially when the system requests a card number (which, of course, I don't have).

No email addresses can be found either to which I could send a message ,,, very frustrating....

Please resolve this issue....
