Never received card

Have 3 weeks unemployment sitting in a Reliacard account I cannot access because I never received a card. Have spent lots of time trying to get a live person to speak with about this but get stonewalled at every turn - seems like the only option is to get the automated phone system which is of no help, especially when the system requests a card number (which, of course, I don't have).

No email addresses can be found either to which I could send a message ,,, very frustrating....

Please resolve this issue....

a month and a half still no card they are ready to throw me into the streets please send me my card
