I have been locked out of my Reliacard unemployment benefit card. I can NOT get a a PERSON to come to ANY of the phone numbers I’ve been given. I spent more than an hour on hold in the middle of the night, first thing in the morning, and in the afternoon. This is DAY FOUR and now I’m even locked out of the website. I’ve gotten every thing on the automated responses from “phone number isn’t recognized” when it damn well is, to the 3 digit pin on the back isn’t correct-when I am looking right at it, to rude employees of the regular US Bank fraud line: I am FURIOUS and plan to file a complaint with the CFPB. I will get some help, somehow!

I was told by the OCSE that I was issued a reliacard years ago loaded with child support. I have never received a card. I cant log in online because I don't have card numbers. They do not answer the numbers listed for reliacard. I've sat on hold for days, weeks, hours, never an answer. I just need the card numbers or have it switched over to my bank account.
