Froze account

I changed my address 3 weeks ago and have not been able to use my card since. They put a freeze on my account. I have called now 9 times. You cannot get any help. They say sorry check back next day, every time I call. You cannot talk to another dept or anyone in charge. This is ridiculous!!!!!
