Frozen Account
Once approved and verified by the US GOVERNMENT I received my first 4 payments of PUA loaded on to US Bank RELIACARD. Those funds were immediately frozen without explanation. Even after speaking to customer service and then upper management I was told they don’t see any reason why it would be in a holding status BUT THERE WAS NOTHING I OR THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT.. and I just need to wait. EXCUSE ME!
How can I/we allow a corporation to do as they please with our money? I understand fraud is a problem but the utter lack of communication from US BANK deserves a class action lawsuit.
