I opened a dispute on my reliacard. I was in arrested may 28th 2020 and released Jan 4th 2021. I had money on the card and I gave no one authority to use my card. I had a roommate allow my ex girlfriend steal all my things including my debit card with my computer. I had all my passcodes and passwords in notebook incase I forget. Over $9,000 was stolen from me off this card. They was even able to get a new card sent to address not on file. I opened dispute and submitted all the proper documents that was told to. In the right amount of time. Within 10 days reliacard closed the dispute. How is this possible. They can't ever give me info. They transfer me to someone else and after hour waiting the phone is hung up. I've spent numerous hours waiting on phone. Nobody can tell me anything. I need whoever stole my money to be identified and something done with my account. I can not take this lost. Please someone has to help me with this cuz reliacard isn't doing there job
