Hi i am very much disappointed with customer care they never respond properly on call many times my balance got deducted but they have ever refund . when i call to customer care they always say system updadtion is going on . Executive disconnect the call not greed customer properly not talk in manners .I am going to change my network Reliance is a big fraud company

I just rechagre my molbile phone On 19/11/2009 Time 2:31 p.m.
and my Rs. 10.00/- is deducted and when I Complaint to custmer care they told me that I had acctivated some thing. I asked them when & what I had acctivated they answered me today afternoon and Some thing acctivated, which I asked them three time I can't hear them properly every time

I have purchased one Samsung CDMA mobile on 27th Feb 2012. Submitted all the relevant documents. But to my utter surprise the CDMA sim could not be activated till date. Whenever I am going to the dealer he tells wait for 1 Hour. Your sim will be activated since last 5 days. I need a solution to this.
