I have paid in full for 5 CBM of goods to be relocated from Dubai to Melbourne in July 2013. The relocating company is ignoring my calls and e-mails for the last 7 months. Never use moving company called Relogulf Dubai, there is a great chance that you will not get a service that you've paid for. I used them to move some very fragile and sensitive goods and explicitly pointed that out to their representative. I was reassured that my belongings will be well looked after and delivered without any loss or damage. I paid extra money for that kind of attention but when I was unpacking the goods I've discovered that lots of crockery items that they've delivered were shredded to pieces. Even though I was supervising loading and unloading of the goods they've still might have damaged them during transfer. I've calculated the losses and asked for a refund for that amount but their representative told me that it is impossible that it is their fault. We are still arguing about this case and I doubt that I will get my money back because it is literally impossible to prove that I haven't packed already damaged goods... This is ridiculous, it seems that they simply don't care about other people property and their extra care and attention is just rubbish talk. Just make sure that you don't use their services what so ever. They're simply not the people for the job but just a bunch of scammers. You've been warned.
