Loss of breaks and water entries

I bought a Renault Clio in Sep/2016, this vehicle has experienced multiple fabric issues. The two most important things this car has evidenced is water entries into the car in huge quantity and loss of breaks. Both issues within first four months after the vehicle being purchased. Now in April 2018, the car is full of water again after the rainy season ended. The dealership is empowered with my car because the car is one more time under "diagnostic".

I want the dealership to pick up the car offering me an advantageous proposal for a new car acquisition. I won't anymore this car with those all multiples manufacturing faults which are actually endangering the safety of my family.

The car dealer (Renault Retail Group - Renault Chelas) is not answering my complaints so far.
