Delay in supply of parts

My main complaint is that I have made a request at my Renault dealer in Malta for a spare part (WIP 59165). This request was made in mid-August of this year.

To date, after several queries I have remained without the said part. Further today I was informed that the Malta company would be requesting the part again!!

If this is not bad service, I do not know what is bad service.
